Meet the Crew

Meet Greivin "Tony" Prado. He is Lohe Lani's captain and engineer.

He has skippered the Lohe Lani since 2004.

Growing up in the port town of Puntarenas gave Greivin plenty of opportunity to perfect his skills as a sailor and boat maintainer. He began doing so when he was a child, working with his father on fishing boats.

Meet Maurilio "Alberto" Torres, Lohe Lani's first mate and chef. He'll be preparing most of the meals you'll be eating on your trip.

He has worked on the Lohe Lani since 1995.

Maurilio grew up around the water and boats in Puntarenas. He learned cooking from his mother who is also a professional chef.

The Lohe Lani is also staffed by a second mate who assists Greivin, Maurilio and Lohe Lani guests as necessary to ensure that your sail is comfortable and your food enjoyable.
